Red Arrow Electrical Distribution Limited was formed in May 2019, following the acquisition of the 20 year old Red Arrow Trading business. The new Red Arrow team has solid foundations, with experience stretching back 40 years in the professional commercial lighting industry. 

We have now embarked on a progressive investment strategy to transform Red Arrow into a leading manufacturer of high quality LED lighting solutions. This has commenced with the introduction of new, higher performance and innovative luminaires and the removal of non-core products.

QUALITY FIRST

Quality is our No.1 priority. We have already achieved ISO 9001 accreditation and are integrating ISO 14001 into the business. We have also started regular technical training for the whole team. 

MANUFACTURING

We have opened our own wholly owned manufacturing facility in the far east, managed by English and Chinese managers with over 10 years experience of electrical supply chain and compliance for IKEA. 

LOGISTICS

Our own staff now control stock, rather than a Third Party Logistics service. In the summer of 2020 we moved to a new 55,000 sq ft warehouse, complete with bespoke testing and customer experience facilities. 

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Improved quality, higher performance and unique design & time saving detail all feature heavily in our new product development plans, to help give you and your customers a commercial advantage. 

BRANDING

You will have noticed our new, striking brand. Every other element is also being transformed to be more informative and distinctive and we are already working on our next, fully redesigned product guide and website.
